At Landsdowne, we take care of the day-to-day running of your complex through close liaison with the Body Corporate and Trustees – ensuring the effective and efficient running of your development through hands-on involvement, proactive advice and expert knowledge.
Administration and General Assistance
We, at Landsdowne, will handle the daily admin, including issuing and processing of movement control forms, domestic employee security passes, pet registrations, clubhouse bookings, as well as facilitating letters on behalf of the Body Corporate.
If required, we will assist with managing petty cash on behalf of the Body Corporate, the issuing of purchase orders for general repairs and consumables, authorising payment to authorised service providers.
Landsdowne Service Desk
The Landsdowne Service Desk is a cloud-based Ticketing System that has been developed specifically for managing residential estates. Automatic timestamping of tickets and requests allows for complete transparency of turn-around times and processes that have occurred.
The system also gives trustees, owners and residents easy access to all documentation they need, whenever they need it, such as; conduct rules, newsletters, resident movement control forms, domestic employee application forms, pet registration forms, and anything else that they may require.
The system also allows for the logging of queries, complaints, and resolutions.

Liaising with vendors on behalf of the Trustees, as well as managing the database of all approved estate agents and service providers.
Dedicated Estate Manager
We can assign a designated, on-site, Estate Manager who will be able to assist you, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and whenever an emergency should arise.
We ensure the general upkeep of the development by performing regular inspections of the estate, and assign any issues to the relevant department or service provider, as well as reporting on any outstanding maintenance, security and general issues
